Associate HR Consultant/HR Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Target prospective clients or segment and penetrate sales in that area to meet financial performance indicators.
  • Select and use the most appropriate techniques, tools, methodologies to scope, manage and deliver robust Human Capital solutions of mutual benefits.
  • Deliver our flagship I Wanna Go to Work Program™.
Requirements:
  • A good degree in Economics, Organisational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Management or Communications.
  • Minimum 0-3 years of working experience in HR-related function. Consulting background is an advantage.
  • Desired competencies include strong achievement drive, conceptual and analytical skills, a well-developed understanding of key issues, self-motivation in a high-growth environment, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
