Jane Lee, Founder

Jane Lee is a strategic thinker and tactical executor with an uncut belief in lifelong learning. Welcomes, embraces and perceives change as an opportunity to build a better self, team and organisation. An entrepreneur since 2002 running her boutique human resource consulting business that has evolved over the years from implementing time-tested HR programs and processes to integrating the applications of Positive Psychology (Science of Happiness) and Future Workplace Designs trends to help organisation achieve transformation by adopting a Flourishing Workplace Culture (Happy @ Work Culture).

Prior to that, she worked for over 10 years in a global HR consulting firm, servicing clients both in the public and private sectors in the Asia Pacific region.

Sample of her signature projects include setting up the entire HR function from ground zero; transforming a loss making non-profit organisation to a profitable private entity; post M&A total reward calibration; customised competency framework and performance management system; industry-level manpower productivity research; learning organisation transformation; succession planning; employee-driven surveys; design and administer industry-specific compensation and benefits survey; and leading Appreciative Inquiry summit.

With this certification, she can tap on Capability Development Grants offered by Enterprise Singapore to help Small Medium Enterprises in Singapore to enhance eleven areas of Human Capital Development, implement Business Excellence Framework and Productivity Improvement Initiatives. She is also a certified Workplace Happiness Practitioner by Positive Acorn, Milwaukie, Oregon and a Positive Psychology Coach by The School of Positive Psychology, Singapore.

Kerene Ong, Consultant

Kerene co-founded Positive Workplace Consultancy to offer the millennial’s perspective of Human Capital Management. A strong teammate with a curious mind to challenge status quo, going the extra mile to enhance customer experience at every touch point. As a Consultant, she delivers various HR solutions including Job Profile Construct, Competency Mapping, Payroll Process Improvement, Handbooks Development and Compensation & Benefits-related projects. Industries she serviced includes Logistics, Food & Beverages, Retail, Telecommunications, Trading, Churches and Early Childhood Education Sector.

She leads the design, conduct, analysis and report production of the different industries Compensation & Benefits Benchmarking Survey. She conducts one-on-one Job Matching Session with survey participants to ensure that different benchmark positions are accurately grouped to produce “apple-to-apple” comparison. She conducts Salary Reports Interpretations for participants at the end of each survey cycle so that participants are fully educated on the methodology, implications and application of the survey results. She conducts HR-related workshops and co-facilitates Appreciative Inquiry sessions that provided companies the pathway to achieve workplace happiness.
